Jennifer Martinez is a Recovery Coach & Speaker with over 15 years of experience helping couples navigate the complexities of relationships through a faith-based approach. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Vanderbilt University and is a certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist.

Her journey into therapy began after experiencing her own marital challenges early in her career. Through counseling, prayer, and intentional growth, Sarah and her husband rebuilt their relationship on a foundation of trust, vulnerability, and faith. This personal transformation inspired her to dedicate her life to helping other couples find healing and hope.

Today, Sarah runs a thriving private practice in Nashville, teaches at a local seminary, and speaks at marriage conferences across the country. She's passionate about integrating psychological research with biblical wisdom to provide couples with practical, evidence-based tools for lasting change.

When she's not counseling couples or recording podcast episodes, Sarah enjoys hiking with her husband, reading theology, and spending time with her three adult children and growing number of grandchildren.
